The receptionist...

the phones at work are rubbish, they dont really work properly and to talk to people i need to put it on speakerphone most of the time! Normally if someone says something stupid i can cope and carry on with the conversation but when other people hear the conversation and start laughing histerically it makes it hard to keep my composure!

for example....

Me: Ok, could you give me your name
Man on phone: its William bleblooblabla *name i couldnt make out*
Me: sorry, whats your surname?
Man on phone: bleblooblabla
ME: can you spell your surname?
MAn on phone: Yes
*silence*
Me: sorry, i meant can you spell it out for me?
*john laughing histerically in background*
Me: also laughing but trying not to!!
